I have 13.88 marked and waiting to see what gives
in the next 30 min or so, if 13.94/5 holds I do nothing

Oversold means nothing. Got to wait for indicators to drop back into what I call the green zone (20-80). In Nov market was over sold for 6days. Being short then would have done some serious damage.

If you don't have stock charts all you will see is a daily chart. I will post a picture if you can't see the 60min time frame.
