Good point.
How can on-line sales be controlled? Some states do not permit delivery of alcohol beverages (wine) from out-of-state vendors...Is something like that even possible? Of course, it would be state-by-state laws and southern/mid-west states would never ban gun sales unless forced to do so.
A uniform Federal law is necessary.
