thanks Prokopton - its what I was driving at. No debt, baby company, growing its business. They can't issue stock at these levels so convertible debt has to be the answer. Same as in paying Tiger and other athletes in stock which also dilutes but making them all part owners will incentivize them to push the product.
Prokopton....Let's wait and see if more dilution comes after this press release......take advantage of this pump. Don't make me post again on this isse....This is a fact!!
