FDA is under a new mandate to get drugs approved as long as their safe for un meet medical problems like CFS. Heb if approved should see 3.50-4.50 Why agree to hear the drug again if their aren't going to approve it.Shorts are planting the sell fear now with Seeking Alpha, they want to cover today before the results are out.
You must ask yourself why reverse your ruling if they had no intention of passing it? Maybe they want to screw with the patients?
