I guess you didn't read my post correctly. I said dilution doesn't always make the pps go down. It usually does though. I'm not saying it's a good thing here either...just correcting a statement you made that said "dilution always makes the pps go down. PPS means "price per share", which is only determined by how much a buyer is willing to pay.
