You are kidding me! This guy will say anything. If he said that to you, he needs to be deported immediately, and if I were you, I would include the DOJ-FBI on all communications with the SEC.

If this is true, he must go down NOW and you folks should quit the hesitation. Each of you should contact your own Attorney General, as well. It sounds to me like he is trying to obstruct your justice by making veiled threats.

Who else heard him say that?

OK, I am a fair guy, and I treat people as I wish to be treated. I've talked to PT too, and IMO this talk of "slicing people's throats" is not entirely accurate.

I don't know where that rumor got started, especially in the context of South American "bad guys" coming after us retail investors. I never heard such a statement. I DID hear that certain South American "Bad Guys" were making nasty threats targeted AT Taylor and the Costa Rica BOD, including Rodrigo and Simon Shaw. Also that someone inside the US was making vaguely threatening calls from an Arizona location.

There is enough real stuff to dig into here, without heading down other gruesome paths. If there was fraud committed -- we will find it. But some of these posts are really starting to sound like a bunch of old gossips whispering to each other over the barnyard fence.

If this post makes me unpopular, so be it. But someone had to speak up. KEEP IT REAL please.
