Lol I just randomly threw out a date - 19th has no relevance really.
I'm in a half serious half sarcastic mind set today - so to clarify, no its not insider info to state a date and even a time of release on a financial.
But apparently we are in a "communication" breakdown scenario because many including myself have been told by Joe multiple dates that have passed and Joe states the company tells him this stuff so "weak communication" is happening somewhere.
