Guys, it's simple, think of it in these terms:

Every trade is a meeting/coming together of a 'buyer' & a 'seller'..

Well, who initiated the meeting? If the 'buyer' initiated, it's positive/accumulation. If the 'seller' initiated, it's negative/distribution.

The price of the stock will tell you who is in charge..
