Not sure TRIX(4,2) works with other trading vehicles such as $ONE:$VXN, GOOG, DIA, etc. Although I once thought there might be a universal chart setup that can apply to all trading vehicles, I'm not so sure of that anymore. The reason is that different types of traders ("herds") gather around different types of trading vehicles ... and behave differently. For example, QQQQ traders are a different breed than TASR traders. However, it's possible that there are more than one trading vehicle that can be applied to any one chart set up. At least in the chart below, the current crossover does look like somethng is about to happen here.
