Spencer understands that mobile robots are 85-90% software. IRBT seems to believe that if the hardware is "correct," then then software is of no real consequence. NOT! Personal robots are all about AI software. Spencer figured that out long, long ago. IRBT is still wandering about wondering why they can't do it.
