I never said they couldn't .I'm sure they will pass phase 3,in fact do u know how hard it us to pass phase 2?.it's really hard to pass I'll tell u that! I'm happy for them I for one want to see it happen so does govprs,hungry hippo,n small caps also !I wasn't being neggative in anyway.I'm just saying its going to take longer lolzzzz,that's what I meant! And when they pass phase 3 the show it's not over yet ,they still have to find people to fund them which is not as easy at it looks!but I'm pretty positive they will!I stand behind vprs all the way!now we sit tight n wait .way to go freight train ccccchhhhhhhoooooo.
