50%?!!! I expect that they will lower their salaries to $1 per annum, after they have bought the majority of the company back at these below BK prices!!! that would make the entire company alot easier to sell or merge!
That is what I would do if I made $300,000 in 12 months, and my company was valued at $800,000, I would just buy the shares!!! Smoke the corporate overheads, and let the subsiduary do its thing!! Gonzales without corporate baggage is worth 3 to $5MM!!!
Nice way to turn $300K into $1.5MM, cause if they keep on this same path, they will not get 5 years of salaries outta the current structure!! Agreed?
