No issue on scottrade either.

If your in at 4.60 and you think it's going over 10 shortly, then you should feel good about it.

I would also tell you not to use a broker that tells you when and what you can trade. Every broker does require you to wait if you purchase using unsettled fund until the prior trade settles to sell again otherwise you'll pull a free ride trade and get a nice letter in the mail not to mention a call or freeze of your account.

Hope this week goes well for you

I spoke to Ameritrade just now to find out why there was a restriction on purchasing AVTC last Friday.

This is what I was told. The "RISK ANALYTICS DEPARTMENT" at Ameritrade determines who goes on a list of restricted securities,of which AVTC is one.

I asked why?

I was told they didn't know,as a broker for AMTD they are not even told why.In order to open a position in the stock I had to go through them.No other way.

I then wanted to talk to the "risk ananlytics dept."

I was told I couldn't!

I was also told that AVTC could be taken off that list at any time.

I asked if other clients are buying AVTC at AMTD;I was told yes.

I thought it was strange because no one else on this board agreed with me or mentioned they had the same problem.

I asked just to make sure that it wasn't about me,or my account or some restriction that had been placed on me or my account.

I was correct that it was the same for anyone buying through AMTD.

One more question which I asked and seemed unanswered or the question was dodged,

"Could AMTD be short on the stock and they have the restriction to slow down the buying"

No reply.
