Based on his words I think Brian is already buying the shares back! It would be plausible that he wouldn't announce the exact starting date again, so he can buy maybe round about 1,000,000,000 shares really cheap. The only key is that most people dont remind his words from august ;). So my guess brian is already systematically buying back and will announce it, when the programm is done. wait and see and learn, thats the only cheap (and announced) way for brian!
And when the announcement of a successfull buyback will appear this piggy will be a real monster! Many people will chase it then. $0.15+ easy possible within a week.
