They owned the wood in the form of the unharvested trees, I'm sure it is still theirs. I think the company is just waiting for the stock market condition to improve and become more friendly to small penny stock companies. They need funding to get things rolling, I have seen this happen with other penny stocks, a few years could pass and all of a sudden they resubmerge.
