As ALL saw here, debating the KMAG Q3 filing, it seems better, imo ..for a "wait and see approach"....

There is "Strong" Opinion...that something is In the Works..and that the 211 WILL be approved and that there will be a representative MM for KMAG

As Far a Audited Filing, due March 17th, 2013....I personally think that is easily "doable"....It does Not mean Uplist by that time...but having the KMAG Annual done in "SEC" fashion...most believe IS on the Menu!

But Of Course that will not Stop the flying Of Opinions!

My Call....Here and Now and sticking to it!!....Fins / Annual Filing WILL be Audited!!
