That's one of the main reasons they do an S-8. So they don't have to be transparent and tell you who is getting them.

Well said, smitter, and I'm in total agreement you with you.

I can't figure out why all of these pinky companies assume that they can take shareholders for granted, and "do their own thing", but then ultimately end up scratching their heads wondering why their PPS went down the toilet and they have no support.

I can give you a ton of other plays where this same scenario happened and you can see the results. Ironically, they are the same every time. Wasn't it Einstein who defined "insanity" by doing the same thing over and over, and expecting a different result?

Anyway, we still have a good supply of flags available for anyone who wants to show solidarity. (You don't have to do the pirate talk, but it is fun.....)
