And who was marketing for VVUS? No one and part of the reason there is no one is because no company wants to be tied to their product.

That is a big part of the answer aloong with most people know what VVUS is about...not a safe drug. No one can guarantee anything in terms of sales, but at least we are partnered up with a heavy hitter and they will do what they can for huge sales numbers, especially since they have a vested interest in making money off of sales figures.
