MIHL Financial 'AUDITORS'-

I take it that your level of 'discomfort' about releasing the name of the auditing firm is greatly diminished.

BTW what is the 'Management Committee' of the BOD?
First we heard of that.
Who does that consist of?
How many people are involved?

MIHL is not a broker/dealer and MIHL had retained the services of an independent and licensed CPA firm to conduct the audit. I feel uncomfortable posting the name of the firm since it will immediately open them up to ridicule and innuendos on this board, and however suffice to state the firm is acceptable to the SEC and other government and non government, agencies. You will have all their information when the audit is issued. This is my one post for the day any questions

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors is meeting Thursday. I believe that Friday via OTC Markets they plan to make an announcement which among other items will include the name of the auditors, their contact information as well as the official release date of the financial statements and whether they will include only 3rd Quarter or entire 2012.
