1. Because i didnt have a buy signal on any indexes

2. Yes. new leaders emerging before a market turn or a hard hit sector bouncing from deeply oversold are two examples

3.on friday the healthcare fund was up more than the highest gain in the 2x for the indexes, despite only being 1.5x. Theres a whole other world out there besides the inexes avail for us to trade George.
