As shown in the accompanying financial statements, for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011 and since November 27, 2000 (date of inception) through September 30, 2012, the Company has had net losses of $198,900, $995,004 and $17,366,162, respectively. As of September 30, 2012, the Company has not emerged from the development stage. In view of these matters, the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the Company’s ability to begin operations and to achieve a level of profitability.
