Hmm, I could swear the last several times I looked there, the last 1-3 weeks in fact, the last report was filed Sept 13, 2012 for period ending Jun 30, 2012 and the two I see now listed as filed in Nov, were NOT there. Thanks for making me look again :-)

TTEG shows in the recent 10-Q a 300% increase in the issuable shares, this mess is going down the never ending dilution rabbit hole now I fear. This is the first I heard of this. Where was the shareholder vote and notice? Oh, yes, the CEO issued himself enough shares for unpaid back pay to have >50% voting shares IIRC. Nice move.

Effective July 12, 2012, the Company amended its Articles of Incorporation filed with the Nevada Secretary of State, to reflect the Board of Directors adoption of a resolution, consented to by those holding a majority of the common shareholder votes, which increased the authorized common stock of the company to 299,000,000 shares of common stock, having a par value of $.001.
