Yeah I really dont get it. On May 30 they put out a PR specifically saying that they have merged with Amero.

And then NOTHING since then. If the deal was concluded, what couldve happened (if anything) after a conclusion?
WHy nothing for 6 months? Is there less revenue than they expected?
Unless they are waiting to blockbuster revs next month AND the story will unfold.
If not, someone might be going to jail....thats just my opinion though
