Toxicology can be done with research materials, not GMP materials so they can start as soon as the material is ready for testing.

This means that a) tox has not started and b) there is currently no material ready for testing.

Why not? We were told they could produce the materials for tox testing in their current facility.

Tox will not be done in '13.
