Violation of Regulation FD and insider trading laws. Just ask Netflix and its CEO Hastings, as the SEC has charged the company and CEO of said violations. Facebook is not to be used to disseminate corporate updates. If one person purchases or sells shares in FrogToad that is influenced by the FB post, the Company has violated Reg FD. And if julian or his cronies purchase or shell shares 15 trading days prior to or subsequent of his violating postings, it violates insider trading regulations.

Everyday goes by and Julian violates laws. Repo man eventually will get repo'd. Repo man does not want to pay to publish an 8K or a press release, so he uses FB to disseminate news. The noose gets tighter as time goes by.
