The only thing that may save it is the fact that the Waxam(the buyer) owns a ton(like 25%) of the OS - I'm not sure they will let that evaporate.

Like I said - I got nothing riding on it so I can let them disappear or payout - just waiting for the gavel to fall to know which way it goes.
