There was motions filed in documents 815 and 816. It looks like Google is arguing over the issue of having information redacted from the trial transcript.

Disclosure: I own shares in this stock and wrote Jan 2015, 5 covered call options. I also own some Dec 2012 call options but expect they will expire worthless. I may roll over the a small dollar amount of call options sometime next year, near when the appeal would be expected to end.
