Treit--I think you are largely arguing for its own sake. In fact, I have heard you take the opposite stance a time or two (or at least you were neutral on the issue of whether the dilution was real). You're not suffering from any dilution--earnings per share are almost doubling--and as Bear pointed out SIAF is gaining critical mass. The crux of Bear's and my arguments are the same, although he has taken it a couple of steps further.
