BIG-MAN! IT'S SO BIG ... I'M BACK!!!!
First thing I've done is to send a LinkedIn e-mail to each of the AIS employees who claim to still be working with the company.
I note that they are spread out over the following countries:
1 in Nigeria
2 in Ethiopia
1 in Egypt
2 in East Germany
1 in India
1 in Texas
1 in Canada
There was only 1 who reported having ended his employment. It ended on October 2011 (so that syncs-up with the ASYI 10K information). He was located in Seattle, so that further syncs-up with the 10K (as AIS had offices located in Seattle.
THE 10 EMPLOYEES LISTED ABOVE ARE NOT "EMPLOYEES" IN THE NORMAL SENSE MY MAN! THEY WERE AND ARE MUCH, MUCH MORE VALUABLE!!! THEY WERE AND CONTINUE TO BE FULL-TIME "PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTORS", WHO SELL THEIR HIGHLY-VALUED TECHNOLOGICAL SERVICES.
ASYI STILL RETAINS THESE FOLKS ... 15 MONTHS AFTER JOHNSTON RESIGNED AND 14 MONTHS AFTER ASYI CLOSED ITS OFFICES!!!!!!!!!!!
THE ASYI 10K WAS CORRECT ... THE COMPANY MERELY TERMINATED ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF EMPLOYEES AND SOME IN-HOUSE SOFTWARE PEOPLE ... BUT NOT THE OFF-SHORE CONTRACTORS WHO WERE DEVELOPING THE CORE-ASSETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE SPREAD OUT ACROSS THE ENTIRE GLOBE ... AND THEY'RE STILL WORKING (AND NO DOUBT REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE "BRAIN", MR. ROY MILLER (WHO INVENTED THE THING THAT ALL OF THEM ARE STILL WORKING ON) WHO'S IN TORONTO CANADA (WHERE FORMER CEO JOHNSTON JUST SO HAPPENS TO BE)
