You should check out Amarant's website and press releases where they say they own 85% of LDM now. And not only has MDMN NOT disputed that claim, they've bolstered it with their pointing out the 90 million shares of Alluvial they own.

Figuring out the cost of the properties is simple. Look at the carrying value on the books.
