PPS has dropped to 9's before in the past week - came back up a few moments later ;-)

Scare tactics to get investors to sell at a loss and make them believe they are minimizing potential losses.....

Unfortunately its only to make them "think" they are minimizing potential losses only to see the PPS rise back up after they sell into the bid at a loss and someone else has their shares to flip at .0012 .0013 and repeat again......
