are you even considering the mass amount of dilution and the further dilution comoing IF they raise any money? Currently there is 400m+ OS, correct? Plus the SMDI holders when/if they swap merge whatever these two. Not sure this has any life left at all w/o a reverse and a mass restructure. Ever been through a reverse/resctruture? I can promise that this one is going to hurt everyone badly except the series E guys and a few others- this was set up to benefit the insiders only.
what in god's name makes you think they'd take care of the common after all this? Anyone important owns preferred and it's blatently obvious they are the only ones going to be protected in the restructure.
