you're still missing the point man i'm not talking about this case.
this case is all but done and dusted. this case was won resoundingly.


but that doesn't stop someone like PubPat from coming along in say a year or so and attempting to invalidate the patents..

i'm talking about attacks on the business model and potential revenues in the future.

are you saying that it doesn't bother you in the slightest to have suspicious organisations closely monitoring and lurking around your investments?

are you really that naive?

Dan and PubPat have an agenda and their agenda is to some degree to stamp out patent abuse/patent trolling (whatever you want to call it)

its like going to an abortion clinic and seeing a man standing outside the clinic with a big sign saying "abortion is murder"

are you seriously telling me that you aren't the slightest bit worried about what that guy might do?

I am.. that's why I asked him directly to declare his intentions.

im not saying he will do anything.. BUT its still worth considering and taking adequate measures to establish his real motives for being there.
