Syria 'must hold' Hariri suspects

The report said the attack must have had high-level backing
A draft UN resolution has called on Syria to arrest any its national seen by UN investigators as a suspect in the killing ex-Lebanese PM Rafik Hariri.
The draft would also impose an asset freeze and travel ban on anyone considered a suspect in the UN inquiry.

The draft is being circulated by the US and France to the UN Security Council.
