OJK I'm in same boat with ya. Some of these brokers are total joke, don't care about the clients. Switching to OptionsXpress, you might want to consider it!

After some research I narrowed it down to OptionsXpress, Fidelity, Just2Trade and Speedtrade (as far as best for OTC) but going to go with optionsXpress for now.
