This is unequivocally 100% not true and a false statement. Less than a month ago on Novemver 14 MWWC had an Open House to the public where each and every shareholder was invited to attend. Maybe this public notice will refresh you memory:
MWWC Open House Event
HOWELL, MI: October 15, 2012: MWW Automotive Group (OTCQB: MWWC), a global design, engineering and manufacturing firm, serving the world's leading automotive and industrial manufacturers, will hold an "Open House" in its production facility in Baroda, Michigan.
In order to inform the public about the current stage of MWW's development, the company has decided to hold an open house at its production facility in Baroda, Michigan on November 14, 2012 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm EST. The open house will include a facility tour, meeting with management and a Q&A session with the CEO, Chuck Pinkerton and Rainer Poertner, responsible for Business Development and Investor Relations.
Just because you chose not to attend does not mean that Rainer has been silent. Myself and several others chose to get the facts and see the Operations in person with our own eyes. We were treated to a comprehensive plant tour where we visited every inch of the plant inside and out.
Afterwards we sat down and talked with Rainer Poertner - Senior Consultant and Chuck Pinkerton - CEO just 10 feet away from us in their Conference Room. To the best of their ability they answered each and every question that we posed to them. The discussion lasted about an hour and a half longer than the Open House was scheduled for. Only after all our questions were exhausted did the Open House end.
This event that all investors had the opportunity of attending but only a few investors chose to, gave the few attending a hands-on, in-person insight into MWWC. This gives us a great advantage over all other MWWC investors and potential investors. Personally, i will not apologize for taking the initiative to seize this opportunity and will benefit from it as I see fit.
