What makes some people think the ATM is active on this day? I'm not saying it isn't, but what evidence? I would expect a pullback after a runup like we had this morning. AND even if it is on, how do you know it isn't the right thing to do? Do you have more information/knowledge than PPHM management?

Cheer up Stoney. We moved form 50 cents to 5 bucks based on doubling the MOS over the SOC. We may be poised to do it again, maybe twice - lung and pancreas. I don't think that kind of news can be held down by the ATM, AF and DD, or extraterrestrials. Well maybe the extraterrestrial could do it.

The latest CC definitely held great promise. Crap we may even get a Cotara partner. Not to mention Avid is really moving forward again.

The dilution sucks. However, Peregrine has very strong potential to return to $5; that will take the sting out of dilution for me.

For all those who who say they are holding the lid on until they get cheap options...why did they not get those options in the 70 cent range? Your argument makes no sense to me.

You are both wrong!

There may be some lid, could be, but with 30 Milj $ on the bank (as much as 2 x15 milj of the loan) plus the extra quarterly revenue from Avid (and the profit on that revenue) and NO creditors, Peregrine is good for a VERY VERY long time, into 2014.

As PR'ed the loan would have covered the cost of ALL clinical trials for that period and so with the same amount of money, and even more, there is no reason for extra ATM as, by the way, under the terms of the loan they also could not have raised any extra money with the ATM as it was forbidden by the terms.

They'll ATM when needed at higher prices but we will not hear of the ATM in the next couple of quarters.

But even if they did, in our case the ATM is NOT a dilution machine as explained here.

If there is a lid it is from another nature.
