Yeah this theory means that they have gone under the SEC radar for almost 10 years, chose to R/S the PREFERRED shareholders (which is like placing your life savings under your mattress and then burning your house down). They know what's GOING to happen otherwise their directors wouldn't have allowed their preferred shares to be R/S!
And if they were such a "scam" the SEC would have revoked already!
All this "dilution" and "scam" non sense is just that - NONSENSE!
