yeah yeah yeah, same old same old. I even said when they Pred the last acquisition that the Registered Agent for that company had several for sell at a couple hundred bucks so no big deal and something anybody could do, but people didnt want to believe. couple months later they found it to be true , all was smoke and mirrors.
