Curious then why the Mechanic's Lien doesn't list any of the claims warranty deeded to U5...

my unlawyerly mind says if I own 100 claims and there is a lien on 30 of them, why can't I transfer the other 70...

I guess I'm asking---if you have a lien on one of my claims, are they all tied up?...

The claims going to NAK are different than the claims MBGS have a lien on. As far as we know this is nothing more than MBGS insuring a equity position on BCSP until a final JV in concluded and LBSR should have additional money in the chest.

I don't think it effects NAK actions whatsoever.

Oh don't worry. Nothing but "smart money" left here even though the pps keeps going down. LBSR is just keeping all the good news to themselves and will release it all at once and the pps will go to $100 per share in one day. Just keep buying as you won't want to miss out on being a "millionaire".......;)

Our subsidiary, Big Chunk Corp., has filed a claim in the Superior Court for the State of Alaska against MGBS LLC, Mary Ann Stevens and James Stevens to resolve disputes about amounts that the LLC claims to be due for work performed in Alaska as well as credits and possible refunds due from the LLC, and to obtain confirmation by the Court that lien claims asserted by the LLC against the company’s Alaska property are void.
