LMAO, No! More of the case of the Joint Venture with AHS™
consuming the remaining disparity (between the A/S & O/S)
per their agreement. Also, those shares are RESTRICTED for
12 months WHEN they ARE released from the A/S.

So there is no opinion involved really,... those are the FACTS!!


AHS™ provides all the funding & AHS™ gained 106mill shares
which, as I said, represent the A/S O/S disparity & are
COMPLETELY RESTRICTED after being released.
