It will stop ARM momentum if it had any. It also kills AMD strategy to go with ARM. Intel products are available now when ARM based will not be available till 2014.

Right now analysts assume the PC is dead, servers are under assault, and Intel is completely incompetent at delivering a phone or tablet product. I'm hoping that Haswell, Clover Trail, CT+, and Centerton ramp over the next few months and show the skeptics out there that they went ahead and bet on the wrong horse. Intel is now in the game. They just need to be able to ship these products in volume!
