Hi D,

That is pretty close to the way I see things. Unfortunately for us share holders, with this mistake, its going to be on our backs to fund legal proof reading of the company correspondence in the future. Going to be tough since it is a development stage company. I am hopeful that just having the events of 20-November take place, may mean that we are finally starting to move forward. I think its going to be an interesting ride either way now.
