Cool it guys. Tiger(and i'm not entirely sure you and Tiger aren't one and the same)is referring to the ACS problems in 2011. And we don't know the full extent of the problems. Software issues, product not completely up to all the jobs, and who knows what else. We're not talking about the ACS here. I don't believe any migration work needs to be done;-)Doc has already mentioned the Navy contract. The first time he did it got me curious because I found the joint agreement with 4Js had expired. But the new website with the ADS front and center explains that. So I believe this work is new, or should I say fresh. It's a full time job keeping up with the two of you.
