SA statements that called themselves market currents, but had the additional stated "Can it be sustainable or cut more?" crapola from the anti-mREIT SA editors. Left it out. I'm guessing the special dividend is to beat expected new taxes starting next year. It could be the actual divie payout will be decreased accordingly to that special divie amount, but we'll see. At least I'm mentally prepared in case I'm right. But better if I'm wrong.
