I am not sure I understand the problem. The ankle biter (Johnson??) has been banned, as has several of his attempted returns under various aliases. A spammer recently was banned also - so Bob obviously has a method of doing so.

Since it can be done, why not just ask Bob to handle it if the thread owner does not automatically have that ability?
