Trade between Brokers (MMs)at a determined price. So not to blow the bid/ask. My guess. Demand is dropping off. I do expect a bit lower PPS 2.28 and then back up. Big dogs have control of millions of shares an they buy on margin. There wangin on this thing is normal. Goes up. breaks down, goes up, etc. Looks like a decent uptrend occuring. Looks good for the New Year. I dunno.
