raising funds in that manner is not uncommon. In an effort to make the investment attractive, as it will be held for a time, the price is attractive. In 20 years I have seen funds raised in like manner on many occasion. It is the "norm" One must read the website and be objective. I have no reason to "fight" for the company. They have a legit product and the stock might one day reflect it. I hope so and if not then, oh well its a penny stock and start up...one must buckle up and buckle down and put money in the game or DON'T PLAY
