I don't think he was referring to the lab that did the results analysis yet rather the company/individuals that gathered the assays. Nice try on the spin job though.

I was not clear enough , or misunderstood. I believe they used their stock (restricted) to obtain the equipment to perform the collection for the assays, not for the assays themselves. That would as you point out be a big no-no.
