Buyback? LOL. No!

What I would really like to know is this summer when KMAG announced they buyback soon after that no matter how much support and buying we shareholders gave the stock every day regardless volume kept picking up due to massive selling and the price went lower and lower. I asked Jeff why this was so and he said he had some thoughts on the dilution but never gave an answer. Then we hear the buyback is over and it was by Jeff and not the company and he told many of us that he was going to put his buyback figures in th upcoming "Q" and that also never happened. SO WAS THE COMPANY OR JEFF SELLING DURING A SUPPOSED BUYBACK? AND WHY DID THE BUYBACK HE WAS SO PROUD OF TO THIS DATE NEVER BEEN RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC WHEN HE SAID MANY TIMES IT WAS GOING TO BE A PR AND A "Q" FILING?!!!!

That's right! Combined with verification of "FACTUAL AND SUPPORTABLE" Q2 and Q3 numbers, and other news, the upside potential is LARGE!

Don't forget fellow KMAGers we still haven't had

a chance to uptick from the 2nd quarter numbers and Share Buy Back!

Too much temptation. LOL Let's review the so called "share buyback" per the Q2 PR.

During Q2 the Share Buyback was completed adding another 37,100,000 shares to the control block of the company.

Another? Where is the announcement in which Reid indicated a buyback was in effect, and commencing? All he ever stated in May was that he was considering it. Apparently Reid didn't believe it important enough to tell stockholders when the buying was suppose to commence or the number of shares involved. Neither the ave price paid for N shares. Neat. Links anyone?

What does "control block" mean?

Additionally preferred shares were converted into Common Shares to a total of 140,579,804 shares adding to the control block and depleting any further shares to be issued to the capacity of 750,000,000.

First he adds shares to the "control block" with the mythical buyback, and then he adds shares to the "control block" by converting, and effectively diluting the float. Seems it doesn't matter if shares are mythically being withdrawn or added to the float - it all goes into the magical "control block".

Past issuance of stock adds up to approx 980M, far in excess of the 750M authorized.

True, the SEC sort of short circuited the pump of the Q2 release with the suspension.
